A Charles City man has been arrested for vandalizing vehicles at a home on multiple occasions, according to KIMT. 28 year old Jared Jennings showed up at a home in the 400 block of 1st Avenue on July 1st and stole three security cameras before scratching an SUV. Then, on July 10th Jennings returned to the home and slashed two tires, scratched another vehicle, and damaged another camera. There is video evidence of Jennings committing the crimes.
