The City of Clarksville is working to clean up after the floods last week caused evacuations and damaged 150 homes and 10 businesses. Clarksville Mayor Val Swinton says the city will be meeting with engineers, the railroad, and several other groups in late October to find a solution to prevent this from happening a third time to residents. FEMA will be in Clarksville later this week to assess the damage.
