The University Avenue project is getting ready to officially start phase one of the construction.
The construction over the last month has just been in preparation for phase one including the reworking of the sewer pipes.Phase one, which will begin the construction of roundabouts, is set to start today. Traffic will be traveling head to head from Grove Street to Black Hawk Village in the south lanes.
