Monday night the Waverly City Council voted 6-1 in favor of the Iowa DOT’s plan of changing Bremer Ave from a 4-lane configuration to a 3-lane configuration. During the discussion City At-Large Edith Waldstein commented on previously voting to keep the avenue at 4 lanes as the majority of public comments supported that decision.
