Burn bans remain in place for Floyd and Chickasaw Counties along with several others throughout Iowa. During this time no outdoor burning is allowed, except in an enclosure that contains all flames and sparks. Grilling and backyard barbeques are still allowed at this time. The other counties currently with a burn ban are Howard, Winneshiek, Delaware, Jasper, Hancock, Wright, Webster, Greene, Carroll, Guthrie, Audubon, Shelby, Harrison, Adair, and Mills.
