The signature hole at Waverly Municipal Golf Course has lost its signature tree. The tree in the middle of the fairway on hole #3 has been used as the course’s logo, but Wednesday it blew over. The large evergreen was both an absolute beauty but at times ruined a great drive on the par 4.
