COVID-19 has knocked the Wapsie Valley Warriors out of the Class 1A State Volleyball Tournament. The 2nd seeded Warriors reached the championship match last year and returned the core group of players, so hopes were high as the team qualified for the tournament. But Friday the school found out about the positive test and decided to pull out. 7 seeded Burlington Norte Dame will receive a first round bye due to Wapsie Valley’s situation.
