The Bremer County Sheriff’s Office says a 72-year-old woman has died, after being thrown from a vehicle during a crash. The crash happened Monday shortly after noon in the 3100 block of C-33/190th Street. Investigators say Janann Kramer, 62, lost control of her van and it rolled into the ditch. She and Warren Cowart, 52, were injured. Another passenger, Donna Fratzke, 72, was thrown from the car and later died. The Bremer County Sheriff’s Office is investigating.
