Thursday at the State Soccer Tournament in Class 1A play Denver lost a heartbreaker to Nevada. The game was tied 1-1 after regulation and two overtimes forcing penalty kicks. In penalties Nevada outscored Denver 4-3 to advance to Friday’s State Semi-finals. The Cyclones end the year with a 17-4 record.
