Thursday night on Y99.3 a couple of area teams saw their seasons come to an end in the boys district basketball tournament. The Denver Cyclones fell to Dike-New Hartford 72-52. The Sumner-Fredericksburg Cougars lost to powerful North Linn 85-45.
In other district scores: Wapsie Valley topped Gladbrook-Reinbeck 75-67, Don Bosco beat Dunkerton 52-34, Janesville advanced by Kee 68-54, South Winn topped Nashua-Plainfield 51-47, Tripoli edged MFL-Mar-Mac 69-67 and West Fork knocked out Clarksville 93-34.
