Thursday night in boys basketball the Columbus Sailors edged Hudson 53-49 to advance to the District Final. The Sailors iced the game with a pair of Griffin Frost free throws late.
In other District scores Thursday night: Union beat Sumner-Fredericksburg 84-47, Nashua-Plainfield got by Janesville 68-52 and Wapsie Valley crushed Turkey Valley 91-54.
