UNI interim head women’s soccer coach Alex Place Thomas announced the addition of Derek Krebsbach to the Panther coaching staff for the 2025 season. Krebsbach is currently the head coach of the Denver girls and was the former Waverly-Shell Rock boys coach. Krebsbach, known as DK, played at Denver and Wartburg before coaching. Head coach Alex Place Thomas is also the current head coach of the Cedar Falls girls and former Wartburg and Grinell College women’s assistant. She prepped at Denver before going to Cornell College.
