An Evansdale man claimed a $30,000 Iowa Lottery prize on a $3 Crossword scratch ticket. 21-year-old Colton Henninger is the kitchen manager at a local convenience store and says he plans on saving most of the winnings. The ticket was purchased at the Texas St Market in Waterloo.
