Fall Football Hanging in the Balance

Many sources are reporting that 12 of the 14 Big Ten schools have voted not to play football this Fall Only Iowa and Nebraska voted against the idea. Unnamed sources are reporting that a complication that causes heart inflammation linked to COVID-19 is behind the Power 5 conference’s decision. The conference is expected to formally make an announcement Tuesday.

Division-III’s American Rivers Conference has yet to release its schedules despite announcing that they were planning on playing this Fall. The conference is one of the few in the nation that have said they will play. Wartburg College is in the A-R-C.
