A Waterloo man has died after crashing his vehicle in the early morning hours of Sunday, according to KWWL. 48 year old Carlos Wilder struck a legally parked car in the 400 block of Iowa St and then careened into a tree. When police arrived on scene they could not find a pulse on Wilder. Waterloo fire and rescue arrived shortly after police and took over medical treatment. They transported him to a hospital but he would die there. It is unclear if drugs or alcohol were involved at the time of the accident.
