Black Hawk County Conservation has closed two parks due to flooding and there may be more to come. Black Hawk Park closed Tuesday afternoon while Sigglekow Park closed Tuesday morning. They say to watch their Facebook page for further updates. The Cedar River is expected to crest in Cedar Falls Wednesday afternoon at 86.3 ft. At that level water is likely to affect the bike trail at George Wyth State Park.
