Police say a child has been killed in one of four Saturday overnight shootings that left three others wounded in Waterloo.
Officers were called to a house around 5:15 a.m. Saturday and found a boy, suffering from a gunshot wound. He was taken to a nearby hospital, where he died.
In another shooting around 4:35 a.m., another person was shot, suffering injuries not believed to be life threatening.
Around 1:15 a.m., two people were shot in a separate incident. They, too, suffered injuries not believed to be life threatening.
Police had not identified any of the victims.
