Regional Cross Country Meets will be held across the State Thursday. The top 15 qualifiers from each Regional will compete in the State Meet on October 29th in Fort Dodge. Waverly-Shell Rock will run Thursday in the Regional Meet in Decorah beginning at 4:00.
