Tuesday in high school cross country at the West Delaware Invitational: in boys action Mt.Vernon/Lisbon won with Tipton second and Waverly-Shell Rock third. Go-Hawk Sam Kepford finished second and teammate Eamonn McCullough was sixth. On the girls side Anamosa won with Waverly-Shell Rock seventh. The top Go-Hawk was Emma Hoins in nineteenth.
