The Waverly Shell Rock Volleyball season came to a close Tuesday night with a 3-1 loss to West Delaware in the State Quarterfinals. The scores went 25-16, 22-25, 25-17, 25-20. the match was tighter than even the scores may indicate with many long rallies. West Delaware also ended WSR’s season a year ago. They will move on to take on Sargent Bluff Luton.
Waverly-Shell Rock ends the year with a 46-7 record.
