Tuesday night on KWAY Country the Waverly-Shell Rock baseball team fell 8-7 to New Hampton. The Go-Hawks had the bases loaded in the bottom of the 7th but couldn’t send across the tying or winning runs as the Chickasaws held.
It was the Go-Hawk’s first conference loss.
Jeremy Chaplin lead the Go-Hawks batting with 2 hits including a triple and two runs scored.
