Tuesday in high school cross country Waverly-Shell Rock ran at the Mason City Invitational. On the boys side Waverly-Shell Rock won the meet with Go-Hawk Sam Kepford finishing first followed by teammate Eamonn McCullough in 2nd.
On the girls side Charles City won with Waverly-Shell Rock finishing 3rd. Go-Hawk Emma Hoins was 6th individually.
