Tuesday night the Waverly-Shell Rock boys soccer team got their first win of the season beating Charles City 4-0. The Go-Hawks got goals from Zach Tyler, Gavin Bockholt, Brock Kuhse and Jayden Butler.
Tuesday in high school golf the Waverly-Shell Rock boys won a triangular. The Go-Hawks shot a 156, Charles City fired 181 and Denver shot 187. Waverly-Shell Rock senior Noah Frazell was the medalist with a 37 in the 9-hole event.
Tuesday in high school boys tennis Cedar Falls topped Waverly-Shell Rock 7-2.
