Tuesday night on KWAY Country the #1 ranked Waverly-Shell Rock girls soccer team beat Decorah 10-0 with 11:42 left. Anaka Ott had four goals, Linde Hubbard scored a hat trick and Addie Ott, Abby Angell and Sidney Bienemann each scored a goal. The Go-Hawks are now 7-0 and have outscored opponents 49-0 on the season. In the last 15 matches with Decorah the Go-Hawks have outscored them 101-0.
Tuesday night on KWAY Country the Waverly-Shell Rock and Denver boys tied 1-1. Brock Kuhse scored for W-SR and Isak Froyum Roise scored for Denver. The match ended a half second before W-SR scored what could have been the winner.
Tuesday in girls golf Waterloo West beat Waverly-Shell Rock 173-196. Go-Hawk Mady Mummelthei was the medalist with a 38. In boys golf Waverly-Shell Rock beat Decorah 296-317 and Luke Frazell was the medalist with a 1-under par 69.
