Waverly is rapidly expanding its borders with its continued growth, but that has also led to new zoning issues for previously labeled residential and non residential property. Waverly Zoning Administrator Rachel Leitz, talks about one of the changes in those ordinances that was requested.
Leitz says as the population of Waverly expands, so will the need to renew designations for non residential lands.
