Those using Iowa Highway 58 through Cedar Falls in their morning commute may need to find an alternate route this morning. Iowa 58 at Viking Road closed in both directions Sunday night and will remain so until after 7:00 Monday morning. Once it reopens it will be one lane of traffic for about 4 weeks. During this time work will be done on the intersection, bridge, and putting in a new signal system.
