The Iowa High School Baseball Coaches Association will hold its 52nd annual banquet in Cedar Rapids on January 18th. At the banquet several awards will be given out and six people will be inducted into the Hall of Fame. Wartburg coach Joel Holst will be one of the six inducted to the Hall of Fame. Holst has been at Wartburg 25 years. He has 700 wins against only 332 losses and 2 ties. His teams have won 16 regular season conference titles, 11 conference tournaments and 2 NCAA Regional Tournaments and Holst is an 11 time Conference Coach of the Year. Prior to Wartburg Holst went 100-80 at the helm of Loras.
