Athletic Director Gary Barta says Iowa football is considering allowing 10-15,000 fans in Kinnick Stadium this Fall. The stadium’s capacity is 69, 250. Masks will be required. Iowa has five home games scheduled as of now with the first one being September 5th against Maryland.
