Sunday on Y99.3 the Iowa men nearly completed a record comeback, but fell to Tennessee in overtime. The Hawkeyes were down 25 points before storming back to force overtime but in the end Tennessee won 83-77 ending the Hawkeyes double Sweet Sixteen bid.
Making it through the first weekend of the Tournament is a huge accomplishment. Teams in the men’s Sweet Sixteen are: Duke, Gonzaga, North Carolina, Virginia, Texas Tech, Michigan State, Michigan, Houston, Auburn, Purdue, Kentucky, Florida State, LSU, Tennessee, Virginia Tech and Oregon.
