Sunday was Selection Sunday and the state of Iowa is well represented. In the women’s tournament Iowa is a 6-seed and Iowa State is an 11-seed. In the men’s bracket Iowa State is a 3-seed and Drake is an 11-seed.
The UNI men’s and women’s basketball teams did not make the NCAA Tournament but both will still be dancing. The Men are in the NIT and the women are in the WBIT.
