Tuesday night on Y99.3 the Wapsie Valley Warriors beat the Tripoli Panthers in 4 sets. Wapsie Valley won 27-25, 25-20, 20-25 and 25-17 With the win the Warriors return to the State Volleyball Tournament were they will be the 6-seed.
Tuesday night on KWAY Country AM 1470 FM 96.3 the Janesville Wildcats swept Gladbrook-Reinbeck to make it to State for the 10th consecutive year. The 4-time defending State Champs won 25-22, 25-19 and 25-21. Janesville will be the 3-seed at State.
In fact, Janesville and Wapsie Valley will play each other Wednesday, November 13th at 8:00 in the Class 1A State Quarterfinals. Y99.3 will have the live action of that match.
