On Tuesday Janesville will try for a second time to pass a bond that failed by just 15 votes the first time.
Superintendent BJ Meaney explains what the school is looking to add if the bond passes.
Meaney also says that if the measure passes it would mean an increase to property tax of up to $2.70 per thousand, but that would ensure less reliance on portable classrooms.
