Waverly Health Center’s (WHC) Jeff Thode, plant services manager, has won Limble’s Audit Excellence Award for his work leveraging maintenance records and data to navigate challenging regulations and ensure patient safety. This award is part of the inaugural edition of the 2024 Maintenance Hero Awards. Thode was nominated by Katia Gwartney, who serves as a Customer Success Manager at Limble. Gwartney has worked closely with Thode and WHC, assisting in the set up and preparation of converting to the Limble system. Thode implemented various measures perform a variety of reporting and dashboards to ensure WHC’s compliance with scheduled maintenance, testing and contracted space reporting. Thode used those reports to make immediate changes to the Plant Services department at WHC, which increased both revenue and compliance reporting. Limble is an industry-leading provider of maintenance management software recognizing maintenance professionals, highlighting their contributions to advancements in the field and their success in elevating the maintenance function, making it a model for efficiency, innovation and excellence. Thode has been in his role at WHC since 2013.
