Saturday the Wartburg football season came to a close in the Sweet Sixteen on KWAY Country. Due to injuries Wartburg was forced to start their 3rd string quarterback when facing Bethel. Wartburg got within 3 points in the fourth quarter despite 3 missed field goals before a 70 yard pick 6 put Bethel up by the final score 24-14. The Knights finished the season 10-2 and champions of the A-R-C.
