Thursday the Wartburg women’s basketball team bowed out in the Final Four. The Knights led Smith College by four at halftime before trailing near the end of regulation. Wartburg’s Sara Faber hit a late 3-pointer to force overtime where Smith eventually won 61-54.
Smith will play New York University at 6:00 Saturday for a championship.
