This weekend the Wartburg softball team won the American Rivers Conference regular season championship. This is its first regular season title since 2008. They share the title with Simpson Wartburg will be the 2-seed in the A-R-C Tournament and will face the winner of Nebraska Wesleyan and Luther on Saturday in Indianola.
Wartburg baseball will be the 4-seed in the A-R-C Tournament and will face 5-seed Simpson at 11:00 Thursday at Veterans Memorial Stadium in Cedar Rapids.
