Thursday in women’s college soccer UNI trailed St. Ambrose 2-1 with six minutes left and managed to win 3-2. Former Waverly-Shell Rock star Macy Smith scored the winner in the 87th minute to help the Panthers avoid the upset. UNI will host Iowa on Saturday for Senior Day.
