A Cedar Falls man was arrested Sunday afternoon after allegedly exposing himself to an 11 year old girl. The Waverly Police Department was called to the Waverly Walmart just before 4pm in reference to a disturbance. When they arrived they found that 37 year old Anthony Knudsen had been detained by bystanders. Police determined Knudsen had exposed his genitals to the girl in an aisle of the store. Knudsen has been booked into the Bremer County Jail. A man with the same name and age from Cedar Falls is listed on the sex offender registry for a conviction of lascivious acts with a child in Butler County in 2007.
