A Waterloo man has been arrested for allegedly taking a woman’s winnings at the Isle Casino in Waterloo in February, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. Police say 44 year old Jeffrey Mills snagged a woman’s ticket from the slot machine she was playing when she briefly stepped away in the early morning hours of February 15th. Mills then allegedly played the ticket, which had $645 on it, before he cashed out and left. Mills has been charged with felony False Claim of Winnings.
