The man accused of setting fires at a bowling alley and restaurant as well as participaing in a deadly armored truck robbery in Waterloo is asking to move his trial out of Black Hawk County, according to KWWL. Kevin Soliveras and his attorney say he cannot receive a fair trial in the county due to the media coverage of the crimes Soliveras is accused of. He has been charged with robbery, burglary and arson.
