The Waterloo man killed in a shooting on Monday morning has now been identified, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. Police were called to a home around 4:50am Monday. When they arrived they found 19 year old Joseph Quail dead of a single gunshot wound to the chest. Police recovered the shotgun allegedly used in the shooting. Several people who were in the home at the time of the shooting have been interviewed but no arrests have been made to this point. The case remains under investigation.
