The victim of a house fire in Waterloo last week has been identified, according to KWWL. That victim has been identified as 60 year old Tony Grider. He was initially taken to a hospital but was pronounced dead there. The fire was allegedly started by 59 year old John Spooner. Police say Spooner knew too many details of the incident which led to his arrest. He has been charged with 1st degree Arson.
