A Waterloo man has been arrested after police found a video of him having sex with a 13 year old girl, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. 21 year old Sebastian Enriquez was charged with one count of second degree Sexual Abuse. He is accused on recording himself engaging in sex with the 13 year old in his home in early June. Police were originally notified of the incident on June 12th.
