More Academic Honors for Athletes

The Wartburg volleyball program has been recognized for its academic excellence for the 17^th year in a row and 19^th year total the Knights earned the Unites States Marine Corps AVCA Team Academic Award.

The men’s and women’s track and field teams were also honored with the U.S. Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association’s All Academic Award. On top of that 27 individuals were named All Academic.

Wartburg softball graduate Sydney Illg received a prestigious NCAA Postgraduate Scholarship. She is the 45^th Wartburg grad and 2^nd softball alum to receive this.
