Cedar Falls native Jack Campbell was named the Big Ten Defensive Player of the Year. Campbell helped lead the Iowa Hawkeyes to seven wins.
Tuesday night in men’s basketball Iowa beat Georgia Tech in the Big Ten/ACC Challenge 81-65. Kris Murray had a career night for the Hawks with 31 points and 20 rebounds, both were a career best.
