Authorities have released the name of a woman who died after a rafting accident on the Arkansas River in Colorado.
The Fremont County Sheriff’s Office says 60-year-old Debra Brymer, of Nashua, Iowa, was on a trip with her husband and grandson when she fell out of a commercial raft near Canon City on Sunday. Coroner Randy Keller tells the Canon City Daily Record he thinks an autopsy will show that she went into cardiac arrest or drowned.
Brymer was pronounced dead at the scene after staff for the rafting company called 911 to report she was not breathing.
