The Iowa High School Athletic Association announced Wednesday guidance that allows high school student-athletes to use their name, image and likeness to make money.
NIL deals cannot be contingent upon specific performance, can’t be used to influence school choice and can’t be provided by a school or agent of a school like a booster club. Further details are available on their website.
