The City of Waverly has lifted their Off Road Vehicle ordinance on 39th Street Northeast and Southeast during the Bremer County Fair. This will allow county residents to attend the Bremer County Fair without registering their ORV with the City. The ORV ordinance remains in effect for the rest of the city, including Cedar River Parkway. ORV’s must be registered with the Iowa DNR however, they must have a Slow-Moving Vehicle Sign, cannot exceed 35mph, drivers must be 18 or older with a valid driver’s license, and those driving under the Ag Exemption cannot operate after sunset.
