Two care facilities in Black Hawk County are dealing with coronavirus outbreaks, according to KWWL. Pinnacle Specialty Care is currently reporting five total positive cases at their facility. NorthCrest Specialty Care has a more widespread outbreak with 25 people testing positive for COVID-19. The state defines an outbreak as three or more positive cases.
