Pair of Hires for Wartburg

Alex Dolly has been named the top assistant wrestling coach at Wartburg College.

Dolly comes to Wartburg from Waterloo West High School where he was the head coach for two seasons.

Previously, Dolly was an assistant coach for four seasons at Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Va. The Monarchs had four All-Americans and 20 national qualifiers in his time with the program. Prior to ODU, Dolly was a volunteer assistant coach at Michigan State for three seasons, where he coached one All-American and 17 national qualifiers.

On the world stage, Dolly represented Ireland and competed in three World Championships. He advanced to the quarterfinals at the 2011 FILA World Championships in Istanbul, Turkey, and placed ninth in the world. A standout at Northern Iowa, Dolly was a four-time national qualifier and reached the round of 12 three times.

Lindsey LeMay has been named the assistant coach for the women’s lacrosse program at Wartburg College.

LeMay comes to Wartburg from Corvallis High School where she was the assistant coach for the varsity team for the past four seasons. The team won league championships in 2015 and 2018.
